I have the fitbit app on my android smartphone and when I use that to sync, the laptop app picks up the update, but it won't sync directly. I'm using the dongle, though I think the bluetooth on my laptop is fine. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and removed the device and tried pairing again several times. The device manager bluetooth section shows the flex, but won't pair.

I'm just adding to the stream of posts finding that my flex won't sync with my laptop running Windows 10.
